Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HQIC learning platform (the "Service"), operated by HQIC training platform ("HQIC", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Service is provided by HQIC training platform, based in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact: support@hqictraining.com. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms, and if you use the Service on behalf of an organization you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1a. Marketplace model

HQIC operates as a curated instructor marketplace. Courses are created by independent instructors who are reviewed and approved by HQIC before their courses are published, and course content is reviewed for quality prior to publication. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their course content; HQIC is responsible for operating the platform, vetting instructors, and enforcing our content and acceptable-use policies.

2. The Service

HQIC provides online courses, recorded video lessons, live Zoom sessions, community forums, an AI study assistant, and verifiable certificates. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hqictraining.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
• upload malware, probe or scan the Service, or attempt to bypass security controls;
• scrape, resell, redistribute, or share paid course content with third parties;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, course materials, branding, and documentation, is owned by HQIC training platform or its instructors and licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. On purchase we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course for personal, non-commercial learning for the access period stated at checkout.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (forum posts, assignments, reviews). You grant HQIC a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices, taxes, billing, and payment mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. AI features

The AI study assistant generates responses using large language models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice without independent verification. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use outputs, and for having the rights to any content you submit as input. We may filter, restrict, or refuse prompts that violate these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HQIC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold HQIC harmless from claims arising out of your user content, your breach of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
