Throughout 65 contact hours of lectures and practical workshops, participants will learn to: Interpret all JCI 8th Edition standards and measurable elements. Conduct department and hospital-wide gap analyses. Implement International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG). Develop policies, procedures, and documentation required for compliance. Design KPI dashboards and validate performance indicators. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Build risk registers and quality improvement plans. Conduct patient tracers and system tracers. Prepare hospitals for mock surveys and official JCI accreditation visits. Implement new 8th Edition requirements including Health Care Technology, Artificial Intelligence governance, cybersecurity, workplace violence prevention, diagnostic error reduction, and Global Health Impact standards.
